     -      Man steals. Prophet(SAS) ordered hand cut. Owner of article says he sold article and made

            payment a loan. Prophet(SAS) said you should have done so before coming to me

     -      Three persons whose actions are not recorded- (1) a lunatic; (2) a sleeper till he

            awakes and (3) a boy till he reaches puberty AD3-1226-4384

     -      Umar(RA) ordered a lunatic adulteress stoned. Ali(RA) reminds him that a lunatic is
